NAKA'S FIP STORY

She made it!

We adopted Naka last December from a rescue at 8 weeks old (around) and she was diagnosed with the Wet FIP almost a month later.

So young and tiny, injections were efficient but difficult.. she would growl all her heart when administrating the treatment and started to have sores on her back. After a few weeks we switched to pills but she had a backsliding and showed neurological symptoms while having an ear infection with a perforated eardrum.. 🫨

Finally, after 4 months of daily treatment and 3 months of observation, Naka is officially cured since yesterday!

We can’t describe how grateful we are for all the support we have received from this group, our admin Chris and our vet from Beechwood Animal Hospital.
