LOUIS'S FIP JOURNEY

The diagnosis of wet FIP was devastating for us; our beloved Louis was only 20 weeks old and, despite only being in our home for a couple of weeks, had already become such an important member of our family. The local vet said there was nothing they could do for Louis and that FIP was rapidly going to take him from us.

Fortunately, that same vet encouraged us to connect with FIP Warriors Canada to learn about other treatment options that were available to us. Through them, we were provided with a wealth of information, lots of encouragement and support and the resources we needed to successfully treat Louis ourselves at home. All of our questions were answered - even the silly, late night ones - and though it felt completely overwhelming at first, we quickly fell into a manageable treatment routine, encouraged both by the amazing FIP Warriors team and the rapid improvement we saw in Louis.

Now, Louis is cured of FIP and continues to grow and thrive. I'm not exaggerating when I say that we could not have done it without the boundless, patient and knowledgeable support we received from the team at FIP Warriors Canada. We are so thankful for what they did for Louis and our family.
