SIMBA'S FIP JOURNEY

Our cat, Simba, is part of our family. He is smart but sometimes shy, curios but often sacredly funny 😊

When he got sick with FIP, everyone in our family was heart broken. The diagnosis became devastating, as our veterinarian told us that it is considered fatal.

However, after the ultrasound procedure, another vet doctor mentioned that there might be a high-cost medication that has shown promising results in treating this illness.

In search of any possible options and as a glimmer of slight hope, we found a dedicated group of FIP warriors, a community of caregivers and researchers committed to cure this fatal disease.

Simba's journey was filled with ups and downs, but our cat was feeling significantly better after the second day of treatment. During our challenging journey, we changed the veterinary doctor to the one who he had more experience with overseeing FIP diagnosis and who totally supports FIP warriors.

With kindness and assistance of FIP warriors every step of the way, the treatment proved to be a miracle. Today, Simba is officially cured of FIP, and he is a proud member of FIP warriors’ community.

His recovery is a great testimony for all those still fighting against this devastating disease, proving that with determination, care and love, anything is possible.
